  Structure of vibration screen: A vibration screen is composed of vibrator, petal-shape coupling, flexible coupling, screen box, feeding hopper, transmission part, etc.

  Working principle of vibration screen: the circular vibrating screen is a new type of high efficiency vibration screen with multilayer and makes circular movement. The circular vibrating screen is adopted drum style eccentric shaft vibration exciter and eccentric block to adjust amplitude. There are several screening specifications and the machine possesses such advantages as reliable structure, strong vibration force, high screening efficiency, low vibration noise, extreme durability, convenient maintenance and safe in utilization etc. This type of machine is widely used to classify materials and products in such industries as mining, construction materials, traffic, energy and chemical engineering.

  Usage and purpose£ºThe circular vibrating screen is used to classify materials and products in coal industry, metallurgical industry, mining industry, etc. The machine is of large handling capacity, high screening efficiency, reasonable technical specifications and reliable operation and so on.
