Rotary Kiln

    Introduction of Rotary Kiln:
   Rotary kiln is rotary calcine kiln that belongs to building materials equipment, which can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgical and chemical kiln and lime kiln according to different materials.

   Cement kiln: there are two types of cement kiln-dry process cement kiln and wet process cement kiln-that mainly used to calcine cement clinker. Metallurgical and chemical kiln is mainly used in metallurgical industry, refractory plant and chemical factory. Lime kiln is mainly used in steel works and ferroalloy works.

   Calcination system of our rotary kiln adopts the most advanced hydraulic thrust roller device, high-precision plunger metering pump, sophisticated speed control valve and graphite contact sealing device. Industrial television, fluorescent screen for process simulation and computerized infrared scanner to reflect calcining situation are all contribute to the automation level of the rotary kiln. And the utilization of those devices makes sure of convenient operation, stable thermal regulation, improved working efficiency, etc. The working efficiency has increased by 10% and productivity by 5% to 10% and thermal loss has decreased by 15%.
