Pulse bag filter is a kind of advanced dust collector with high efficiency. It combines the advantages of back flushing dust collector and pulse-jet ash removal system, which has enlarged its application range. And due to the special structure, the machine is of high efficiency and its filtering bags also have a long service life.

    This series of pulse bag filters are widely used as the dust collecting system of dryers, crushers, packing machines, cooling machines and various grinding machines in cement plants, metallurgical industry, chemical engineering industry, machinery, etc. The material adopted by this series of dust collectors is always polyester needled felt, which allows the continuous service temperature under 120℃. If the filtering bags are made of nomex needled felt, the allowed continuous service temperature can up to 210℃. However, cooling measures shall be carried out when the temperature of waste gas is higher than the above mentioned operating temperature.

    Different sizes of this series of pulse bag filters have different cells and each cell has different bags. The sizes of the whole series amount to 33 and bag number in each cell is 32, 64, 96 or 128. The average diameter of bags is 130mm and their length is 2450mm or 3060mm. These pulse bag filters are able to work under the conditions of negative pressure or positive pressure and the dust concentration of the purified gas is less than100mg/m3.
