In the first stage of grinding, it is not so easy to get ultrafine particles of the minerals, especially when the particle size range is wide.
    Ultrafine particles can be got in the second stage of grinding and often the granularity of 80% to 85% particles is 0.074mm. The two-stage grinding procedure is applied to harder minerals and minerals that difficult to separate valuable minerals. The method is always adopted by those large or medium scale concentration plants which require the granularity of the finished products should be less than 0.15mm.

    Over years research and practice, our company have successfully developed a new-generation FRP table concentrator—model LS (6-S) Mirror Face FRP Table Concentrator. The surface of this new model machine is smooth like a mirror. Not only can it make the finished product for once, but also its reinforced composite layer will never drop off.
