Those ball mills are widely used in concentration plants, refractory material plants, cement works and glass factories, etc. Wet ball mills are used to grind minerals with water, while dry ball mills are not. A new production line of mineral processing we have developed is formed by three parts. The first part is composed by feeder, hoister and conveyor; the second part: jaw crusher, ball mill, classifier, magnetic separator, flotation machine, filtering machine, thickener and dryer; the third part: gravity separation equipments, such as FRP table concentrator and spiral chute. |

Introduction:
Cement Ball Mill has adopted special integrated diaphragm and discharging grate to adjust material level of every chamber so as to increase air ventilation and improve the inner situation of the mill; at the same time, the new type of grinding liner has adjusted the mill speed, optimized the gear design and the lubrication parameters of the bearing pad, increased the stationarity, service life and grinding efficiency. It is validated by cement plants that its productivity has achieved 30 to 40 tons per hour. The following things should be noticed: 1. Granularity of feeding minerals is not bigger than 25mm. 2. Grinding moisture is not more than 0.5%. 3. Maximum loading capacity of the grinding body is 81 tons and the equipment weight is 170 tons.

Introduction:
Spiral classifier is indispensable in the concentration plants. According to different specific gravity of different solid granule and different terminal sinking velocity of ore grain group, the machine can separate the wide ore grain group into several narrow groups, put unqualified coarse particles back to the ball mill again and timely separate qualified particles to the next procedure. It is also used in sand washing, desliming and dehydration.
