Crusher -> 2PG-type Double-roll Crusher -> Details:

    Structure of double-roll crusher is simple, which is mainly composed by frame, gearing, crushing roller, adjustment device and spring safety system.

    The two rollers of the double-roll crusher rotate in opposite directions. The fed minerals will be pushed into the crushing zone under the effect of friction when between the two rollers, there they will be crushed and then be discharged.

    Advantages of double-roll crusher: 1. There are less over crushed minerals; 2. The shape, size and arrangement of the cogs on the rollers can be adjusted according to the material properties. The machine is used in coal industry, cement industry and silicate industry and also has improvement and development.

    Classification of double-roll crusher: roll crusher, double-roll crusher and 2PG double-roll crusher.
