Thickener ->High-efficiency Thickener -> Details:

    High-efficiency thickener generally consists of thickening tank, rake, transmission device, lifting device for rake, feeding device, discharging device and safety device.

    Main operational feature of high-efficiency thickener is to add appropriate amount of flocculating agent in the ore slurry that to be concentrated. Particles in the ore slurry will become floccules by the effect of flocculating agent and speedup their settling velocity, which will ultimately improve the concentration efficiency.

    High-efficiency thickener is widely used to handle slurry, waste water and waste residue in metallurgical industry, mine industry, coal industry, chemical industry, building materials industry and other departments. The machine is of great significance in water recycling, conveying density of underflow and environmental protection.

    Classification of thickener: center dive thickener, traction thickener, high-efficiency thickener, sludge thickener, intermittent thickener and continuous thickener.
