Magnetic separator is generally composed of drum, magnet system, cell body, magnet guide plate, support, shower pipe, feeding case, discharging pipe, baseboard, adjustment device of magnetic declination, etc. Scanning zone of magnetic separator totally adopts NdFeB permanent magnet material, which makes a magnet system of multi-angle, high gradient and magnetic field intensity (is more than 3000Gs and the recovery rate of magnetic materials is greater than or equal to 99.8%).
Magnetic separator is reasonably structured; tank body is of high intensity and rigidity; transmission system is durable and easy to adjust. The machine is widely used in such fields as mineral processing, deferrization and magnetic separation. It is the basic separation equipment in steel and other material industry. The specifications of magnetic separation are all in readiness: from ferrite system to NdFeB high magnetic field; size from¦Õ600mm to¦Õ1200mm; magnetic field from 1200 gauss to 6000 gauss.
