    Classification of crusher: jaw crusher, impact crusher, baffle crusher, hammer crusher, double-roll crusher and spring conical crusher.

  
Crusher -> PE-type Jaw Crusher -> Details:

    The structure of jaw crusher is simple. The machine is mainly composed of operation mechanism, transmission mechanism, adjusting device, safety device and lubrication.

    Jaw crusher is always used to make coarse crushing and intermediate crushing in mineral processing industry, but sometimes it is also used to make fine crushing in small-size mine production and other industrial departments.

    Jaw crusher is able to crush materials by the cyclical movement of its motive jaw. When the motive jaw is revolving to the fixed jaw, materials between the two crushing plates will be crushed under the force, and the crushed material will be discharged from the discharging port after several circles of the motive jaw.

    Jaw crusher is always used to make coarse crushing and intermediate crushing in mineral processing industry, but sometimes it is also used to make fine crushing in small-size mine production and other industrial departments.

    Classification of jaw crusher: PE-type jaw crusher, PEX-type jaw crusher (ordinary type) and PEX-type jaw crusher (for fine crushing).

Crusher -> PC-type Hammer Crusher -> Details:

    Working of hammer crusher: when ores are fed into the crushing zone, they will be stricken by the high-speed rotating hammer of hammer crusher, and then be crushed through their cracks and joint plane. Hammer crushers possess the advantages of big reduction ratio (10 to 40), uniform size of finished particles, energy saving, low cost, reliable operation, easy maintenance and so on. Therefore, the machines are widely used in cement plants, building materials, coal industry, chemical industry, metallurgical industry and mine industry.

    Classification of hammer crusher: small-size hammer crusher, large-size hammer crusher, PC-type hammer crusher and ring hammer crusher.
