¢ñ. Function information of vertical dryer, industrial briquette dryer, coal briquette dryer and vertical industrial briquette dryer:


    In order to solve the problems of large amount of investment, large area occupation and high fault rate, the vertical dryers are designed to apply low-temperature and large air volume and gravity principle to meet with the drying features of industrial briquette. After the following four phases: research and design, industrial test, product upgrading, and put into large-scale operation, the vertical dryer has eventually achieved success. The machine embodies innovation, high efficiency, low cost and fine quality. Moreover, safety in production and protection of the environment make the machine ideal equipment in briquette production line.

¢ò. Working principle of vertical dryer:


    The molded ¡°water balls¡± are delivered to the top of the dryer by belt conveyor and uniformly distributed on its total cross section. On one hand, briquettes make heat change with strong wind when they are moving down slowly on their orbit by gravity. On the other hand, the moisture of the briquettes is timely taken away by the strong wind. They will be fully dried in about two-hour evaporation process. Economy traits: Compared with flow back dryer, the investment of vertical dryer is decreased to 50%, area occupation is only 20% to 33% and energy consumption as well as working cost also have been greatly reduced. Operation traits: Good technical matching ability makes the machine is easy to connect with other equipments and realize automation in the production line. The machine is convenient for operating and maintaining. It possesses the advantages of continuous working, high efficiency and large output. In a word, the vertical dryers will save manpower and space, lighten labor intensity and enlarge output.

¢ó. Characteristics of vertical dryer:


    Moisture content of molded briquettes is usually 12% to 14%. But after drying process, the moisture content will be lessened to 2% to 4%, which will make sure the intensity of the briquettes and their storage and transportation. What is more, the moisture content will be less than 1.5% after adaptability adjusting of vertical machine. The machine can also dry coal bar and granular materials.
