Working principle of rotary dryer:
Rotary dryer is used to dry the mixture of limestone, clay and coal dust in the cement plant; it is also used to dry wet materials in metallurgical industry, mining, electricity, chemical engineering and other fields.
Indirect-heat dryer: Drying mode of indirect-heat dryer: materials are dried in the inner pipe of the dryer and isolated from the hot air outside. Therefore, this type of machine applies to dry chemical materials, food or materials easy to be polluted. The inner pipe is usually made of stainless steel and the cost of this type of dryer is higher than other ordinary rotary drying equipments by 20% to 80%. |
