Features of TH Bucket Lifter
1. The TH bucket lifter possesses such advantages as large conveying capacity, stable operation and long service life. The conveying capacity of TH bucket lifter is nearly twice as that of HL model.
2. The machine adopts assembled chain wheel, which is composed by wheel body, flange and high-strength bolt. New bolts can be changed when the chain wheel is worn to some extent. Therefore, a lot of materials can be saved and it is easy to make maintenance.
3. The size of the product is indicated by the width of its bucket. Please refer to the specification. |

NE Bucket Lifter |
Working principle of NE bucket lifter
This kind of bucket lifter adopts inducing gravity discharge system and sleeve roller chain as its conveying chain. The machine can make vertical lifting to convey powdery and blocky particles. The materials are able to flow into the bucket which makes a big superiority of the machine because of less mechanical wear and no accumulation of materials on the bottom.

Main Features of NE Bucket Lifter
1. A wide scope of lifting materials. This type of bucket lifter has little limitation of lifting materials; it is able to lift powdery, granular and blocky materials; it is able to lift abrasive materials and high-temperature materials (should not more than 250¡æ).
2. Large conveying capacity. The conveying capacity is from 15 to 800 m3 per hour.
3. Low energy consumption. The machine adopts large-volume bucket to realize large handling capacity at low chain speed. Therefore, the driving power is relatively low and is able to save 25% to 45% electricity than loop chain lifter.
4. Long service life. The conveying chain is made of high-strength durable chain, which is able to prolong the life span. Under normal circumstance, the conveying chain can be used over 5 years and its operation rate is close to 100%.
5. High hoisting height. This type of machine can achieve a high hoisting height (about 40m) due to its low chain speed and stable operation.
6. Stable operation. Advanced design principle makes sure the reliable operation of the machine.
7. Easy operation. Only a small amount of maintenance and a few wearing parts.
8. Low cost with fine quality.
9. Good leak tightness and less environmental pollution.
10. Small machine dimension. Compared with other lifters with the same lifting capacity, this type of machine has a smaller dimension. |
