Sand Maker | Sand Production Line

    A special purpose of sand production line is to produce sand and stones for building. The line is formed by feeder, jaw crusher, PCL impact crusher, vibration screen, sand washer, and also belt conveyor. The working principle of the production line is “make stone to crush stone”, which makes sure the high efficiency and reliable operation and 50% energy saving than traditional equipments.

2. Low production cost: the cost of finished sand per ton is only 60% of that produced by the traditional equipments.

4. Short payback period of investment: capital can be recouped in only 4 or 5 month.
5. The reshaping function can make the shape of sand to be cubic.
6. The granularity of finished products is in accordance with national standard.
